COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
HABIBTI is intended to support respectful adult connections. These rules apply to profiles, messages, comments, stories, events, creator content and every other user-facing area.
1. Required behaviour
- Be truthful about identity, age, intentions and material profile information.
- Respect consent, boundaries, privacy, identity and a clear request to stop contact.
- Use respectful language; disagreement is allowed, targeted abuse is not.
- Obtain permission before posting another person’s identifiable image, private conversation or personal information.
- Report suspected scams, impersonation, threats, exploitation or unsafe conduct rather than retaliating.
2. Zero-tolerance categories
- Any sexual exploitation or sexualised depiction of a minor; grooming; child abuse material; or attempts to solicit sexual content from a minor.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake sexual imagery, sextortion, blackmail, threats, stalking or doxxing.
- Credible threats of violence, hate-based harassment, repeated targeted abuse or incitement to harm.
- Romance fraud, financial scams, impersonation, fake verification, coercive requests for money or account credentials.
- Trafficking, exploitation, illegal services, spam, scraping, malware and unlawful commercial solicitation.
3. Content rules
Do not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, humiliating or privacy-invasive content. Do not upload another person’s photos without rights or permission. Do not imply HABIBTI endorses you, your business or your claims without written authorisation. Content must comply with applicable law and the rules displayed for each feature.
4. Enforcement and appeals
We may remove content, limit reach, disable messaging, require verification, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and report serious conduct to authorities where required or appropriate. Measures may depend on severity, repetition, credibility, context and risk. Use the in-app appeal option or [APPEALS EMAIL TO BE PROVIDED BEFORE PUBLICATION] to challenge an eligible action. We will not promise that every report results in removal or that all misconduct can be detected.
5. No retaliation
Do not threaten, expose, harass or attempt to identify a reporter or another user who has blocked you. Retaliation may result in additional enforcement. False or malicious reports may also violate these Guidelines, but good-faith reports will not be penalised merely because an investigation cannot substantiate them.
